Princess Clips-In-WaitingPrincess Clips-in-Waiting became a passion to help other moms find a solution to the lost or forgotten hair clips. In the beginning, all I wanted was a place to put my daughter's hair clips so I would remember to use them. (We were still at about a 90% average of strangers asking "How old is he?") Being able to create something that accented her room with functionality was a bonus!
After speaking with many moms of daughters, I found that the bottomless drawer of hair clips was not working for many reasons. "I forget to use them", "I can't find the ones I want", " they get lost all the time" were some of the complaints I heard.
Using the organizer makes seeing each clip easier, and being able to remove and replace with one hand makes it even better for mom! I had taken a year leave from my teaching position and I found something creative to fill that void.
I have had great fun naming all the holders after my daughter's new friends and my long time friends' daughters.
